I recently had the opportunity to work with Get Sharp, Inc. and Stratus Concept, both from the Chicago area, to design and develop a new site for Taxpayers for Common Sense. TCS is based out of Washington D.C. and is a nonpartisan budget watchdog that has served as an independent voice for the American taxpayer since 1995.

This project involved not only a complete new design but migrating over 3000 posts from an ExpressionEngine website to WordPress. The old ExpressionEngine website was outdated and not mobile-friendly.  The layout was crowded with information that competed for the user’s attention and lacked a visual hierarchy. The new website now displays a clean layout with information provided in an intuitive and organized manner.
