Tapestry 360 Health
Previously Heartland Health Centers, Tapestry 360 Health recently underwent a rebrand. The new name and look of the organization reflects their mission of providing affordable, quality healthcare for all. Tapestry 360 Health is a federally qualified health center with 16 locations serving Chicago’s north side and nearby suburbs. We had the pleasure of working with Get Sharp Inc. to bring the vision to life designing and developing this new website.
The new new website allows visitors to easily search for a doctor, location or service with all the data cross-referencing. A Patient Resource section informs visitors on such topics as health insurance, accessing forms, telehealth appointments and more. The site is fully translated in Spanish and is follows the ADA Compliance guidelines.
